Breakfast

There is a certain hierarchy among the foods that we usually consume before breakfast time; bread, tea and milk are on top of the list followed by cereal, bacon, eggs, sausages, fried fish, pancakes, biscuits, doughnuts, and omelets. Continental breakfast is the most common breakfast in European and American people; it is fast, simple and light.

Some of the European countries have a different way of preparing breakfast, the English would put bacon or sausage on their toast to the Italians would boil or bake eggs. There is also a lot of variation in the food preparation techniques depending on the country.

Breakfast has a number of advantages. It prevents you from overeating when you wake up, it helps in building your strength up before you start your day, and it also gives you enough energy to get through the whole day. However, breakfast can be a nightmare if there are lots of temptations in the room such as coffee, chocolate, cigarettes, and sweet snacks.

In most cultures, breakfast’s main goal is to provide enough energy to power up the body and prepare you for the rest of the day. Breakfast should have enough proteins and carbohydrates to support the body throughout the day and not just to give you enough energy for your breakfast. It should also contain plenty of natural vitamins and minerals for the maintenance of your health. If you eat a healthy breakfast, then you do not have to worry about gaining weight throughout the day or getting too tired and sluggish. So, the best way to go about preparing a healthy breakfast is to buy a good quality breakfast pan and an assortment of healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables and low-fat cereals.
